Closed Session: Maryland Code, General Provisions Art. § 3-305 (b)(10) To discuss matters related
to public security at the Courthouse and the Caroline County Detention Center. The purpose of
this closed session is to consult with staff regarding updates and potential changes to security
plans and procedures, the disclosure of which could compromise the safety and security of the
facilities and the public.
