a. Petition of Anthony W. Bryant to rezone the 0.57 acre northern portion of the former
Gilbert property on Watertown from Rs-2, Residential to M-6, Mixed Industrial Use.

b. Petition of Interstate Partners to rezone their property on Bluemound Road (across the
street from the bicycle shop) from Rs-1, Residential to M-6, Mixed Industrial. (See G2,
below).

D. PRELIMINARY PLAT REVIEW/DISPOSITION
1. Amended Preliminary Plat of Victoria Station on Duplainville Road south of
Lindsay Road by Neumann Companies.
E. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP REVIEW/DISPOSITION
1. Consideration of CSM PC# 091913-1 to detach 0.57 acres from the Gilbert property (See
C1a, above) and attach it to the adjacent Bryant property ‘Outlot #1’.
2. Consideration of CSM PC# 091913-2 to a single Interstate Partners parcel on
Bluemound Road in to two parcels. (See C1b, above).
