NOTE: Commissioners Elliott and Yerger were in attendance for this meeting. However a
quorum of at least three Commissioners was required in order to call this meeting to Order
and to conduct discussion of the Notice at hand. DUE TO THE LACK OF A QUORUM,, THE
SCHEDULED MEETING COULD NOT BE CALLED TO ORDER AND NO ACTION WAS TAKEN;
this effectively rendered the Potentially Dangerous Dog Notice mute.
