BEITRESOLVEDthattheappropriateofficersofthe Cityareauthorizedtoacceptanddeliveron behalfoftheCity thatcertain proposalbetweenthe Cityand Core&Main,LP,relatingto thepurchaseandinstallation ofAdvanced MeteringInfrastructurefor theCity’s WaterandReclaimed Water Utilities,atthe unitprices setforthin theattachedExhibitApresented totheCommission today,withsuch changes,insertionsor 
omissions as maybe approvedbytheInterim CityManager.

ANDBEITFURTHER RESOLVED thatby acceptingtheproposalreferencedabove,thatthe City agrees tobeboundtothesameterms andconditionsas wereobtainedby the City ofPanama CityBeachthroughanadvertised,competitivebidding process,PCB24-36RFP,intheformattachedas ExhibitB.

THISRESOLUTIONshallbeeffectiveimmediately upon passage.
