ANDBEITFURTHER RESOLVED thatby acceptingtheproposalreferencedabove,thatthe City agrees tobeboundtothesameterms andconditionsas wereobtainedby the City ofPanama CityBeachthroughanadvertised,competitivebidding process,PCB24-36RFP,intheformattachedas ExhibitB.
