a. Consider Recommending for Approval the contract with From the Ground up
Landscaping for fertilizing services for 2026 in the amount of $7580.00.
b. Consider Recommending for Approval the contract from McCloud Aquatics for
contractual services for Lamer’s and Culver Pond’s for April 2026 - September 2026 in the
amount of $3850.00.
c. Consider Recommending for approval the purchase of two John Deere Z950M ZTrack
mowers in the amount of $28,576.36.
d. Consider a motion to recommend approval of an agreement with Urban SDK for their
geospatial, AI driven roadway analytics platform for a cost of $25,725.00.
