A person may not give up or relinquish all or a portion of their time to the person having the floor or another person

Kevin Komander, property owner of 2683 Webster St, has submitted a Zoning Board of Appeals & Adjustments application to construct a 232 square foot addition off the rear of the home. The request is to have the addition line up with the side of the existing home, which is one foot into the five-foot side yard setback.

The applicant is requesting a one-foot side yard setback variance from the ZBA.

The City of Trenton Zoning Ordinance, Section 110-511 (b) Schedule limiting height, bulk, density, and area by the zoning district requires a minimum of five feet for the side yard setback on the left side of the home in R-2 One Family Residential Zone.
