Council Member Enriquez? Present. Council Member Ponce is absent. Council Member Padilla is absent. Council Member Villapadua is absent. Vice Mayor Lee? Here. And Mayor Fugazi is absent. At this time, we do not have a quorum. So your options are we can just adjourn, or if you want to adjourn to a date and time certain. Well, the matter has to be addressed, so I would adjourn it to November 12th. We have a meeting already scheduled. I believe at 5 o'clock Florence would have to come out here and confirm that, or maybe you can. We have a special audit at 5. Correct. So we can... i mean we're already scheduled and we have three members there do we schedule it for six or we could do um so schedule the date certain for this for november 12th at 6 pm to follow the audit committee hearing we can do that does that work sure does that work yeah okay all right then we will adjourn to date certain november 12th at 6 pm following the audit meeting at 5. so now i just call for a motion to adjourn No, you just bang the gavel.
