NOTICE is hereby given of a Special Called Meeting of the City Council of the City of Alvin,
Texas, to be held on Tuesday, AUGUST 12, 2025, after the conclusion of the Council
Workshop, but not before 7:00 p.m. in the First Floor Conference Room at: City Hall, 216 W.
Sealy, Alvin, Texas.
1. CALL TO ORDER
2. EXECUTIVE SESSION
A. Section 551.074 of the Local Government Code: Deliberation on the appointment,
employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer
or employee.
3. RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION
A. Consider the employment contract of the City Manager.
4. ADJOURNMENT
