SPECIAL MEETING CALL
I, Layne Wilkerson, hereby call a Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners for
Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at 8:00 a.m., at the Capital City Museum Library, 325 Ann
Street, Frankfort, KY, 40601. The purpose of this meeting is to hold a Strategic Planning
Session with Kentucky League of Cities (KLC) and to discuss priorities and goals for the
Board of Commissioners. Action may be taken.
