The Architectural Review Board meeting will be conducted in-person. The Council Chambers at City Hall will be
open to the public.
Citizens may also participate in the following options:
1. The online meeting is hosted through a remote conferencing service called Zoom, which offers audio and/or
video conferencing. If you use a computer, you may need to download a browser extension. If you use a mobile

Synopsis: Rear and Side Exterior Material Alteration. The completed exterior and
addition do not match what was approved previously at ARB.
4.02 8718 Eulalie
Synopsis: William Rombach, of Rombach Developments LLC has submitted an
application for a New Single Family Residential Home with 1.5 stories and a 2 car
garage.

Synopsis: Scott Weaver, of Liston Design Build, has submitted an application for a
rear home addition.
5.02 2905 Brazeau
Synopsis: Scott Paul, of Vanderbuilt Homes, has submitted an application for a
new single family residential home.
5.03 9417 Sonora
Synopsis: Jennifer Sims Tayor, of Terra Nova Builds, has submitted an application
for a 1-story addition and interior renovations.
