#10 Approve payment from Victims of Domestic Violence Fund to Lorain County Safe Harbor, Inc., (DBA Genesis
House) for the amount of $47,491.29 as collected by Lorain County, for the period January 1, 2025 through
December 31, 2025 in accordance with ORC 2303.201 and 3113.34-3113.39. These funds are collected through
payment of marriage license fees, divorce, dissolutions and annulment fees
