City Attorney’s Report
a. An Ordinance providing for the issue of not to exceed $15,000,000 General Obligation
Refunding Bonds of the City of Markham, Cook County, Illinois, for the purpose of
refunding outstanding obligations of the City, providing for the levy and collection of a
direct annual tax sufficient to pay the principal and interest on said bonds, and authorizing
the sale of said bonds to the purchaser thereof.
b. An Ordinance Approving the Sale of Real Property Commonly Known as 3433 W. 159th
Street in the City of Markham, Cook County Illinois.
c. An Ordinance of the City of Markham, Cook County, Illinois, Approving the City of
Markham West 159th Street Corridor Tax Increment Financing District Redevelopment
