Public Comment
Closed Session: Under Maryland Code, General Provisions § 3-305(b)(7)); To receive legal advice
from the County Attorney regarding (1) a specific board, and (2) a specific license
agreement involving use of County-owned property. The reason for the closed-session
discussion of these topics is that the Commissioners do not want to waive the attorney-
client privilege.
