a. Zoning Review ID PZ-3793.25 for Nathan Gautreau - located on the east side of Babin
Road approximately 285' north of LA Highway 74 to amend the Ascension Parish
Zoning Map from Medium Intensity Residential (RM) to Mixed Use 2 (MU2) TO
APPROVE OR DENY recommendation of the Zoning Commission to APPROVE parcel
5142800 and to DENY parcels 20007990 and 5041200
b. Zoning Review ID PZ-3822.25 - Lot 4-B for Mickey Robertson (Patrick Catalano) -
located on the north side of LA Highway 621 approximately 3350' west of LA Highway
44 to amend the Ascension Parish Zoning Map from Rural (R) to Medium Intensity
Residential (RM) TO APPROVE or DENY recommendation of the Zoning Commission
to APPROVE the rezone
(8) General Business
a. Approval of Cooperative Endeavor Agreement between Ascension Parish Government
and the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (LADOTD) for the
Roddy Road at Black Bayou Road (LA 934) Roundabout Project and approval for
Parish President Clint Cointment to execute the Agreement (Daniel Helms, Director
Transportation) Deferred from November 20th Council Meeting
b. Approval of Agreement with The Picard Group, LLC for professional services related to
the Legislative Branch of State Government on a basis of $10,000.00 per month for

Federal Governmental Affairs Services and $7,500.00 per month for State
Governmental Affairs Services. The not to exceed amount is $250,000.00 for Federal
and State services, printing, travel, events, and miscellaneous costs (CAO Ricky
Compton) Deferred from the November 20, 2025 Regular Council Meeting
(9) Executive Session
a. Rural Roots Louisiana and Louisiana Bucket Brigade versus Ascension Parish, 23rd
Judicial District Court, Parish of Ascension, Suit No. 146,326 - Approval of
Administration to enter into confidential negotiations with Hyundai Steel Company
b. DEMCO vs Ascension Parish, 23rd JDC, Parish of Ascension, Suit No. 134,841, Div.:
“D” - Review and approval of settlement
