Members of the public who wish to comment as to an item on the published agenda or to comment
during public comments must submit their statement or question in writing to Cindy Pechter,
Administrative Specialist, and all properly submitted statements or questions will be presented to Board
members and made part of the record. Written comments also may be submitted by email to
publiccomments@skokie.org OR by mail to the Skokie Police Department, 7300 Niles Center Road,
Skokie, Illinois 60077; or via the Village’s drop box located by the public entry to Village Hall. Members

I. Opening
a. Call to Order and Roll Call.
b. Approval of 11/19/2025 meeting minutes.
II. New Business
a. Vote for approval of the final 2023 draft Use of Force Report of Findings and
Recommendations.
b. Review of 2024 use of force data reports submitted by Chief Barnes to the board and view
the body worn camera videos for selected reports.
III. Old Business
a. Reality Based and Use of Force Tools training opportunities dates to be established.
IV. Closing
a. Determine possible new meeting dates and next steps.
V. Public Comment -if any (3 minutes per person).
