Authorization to Upgrade Financial Software to Tyler Technologies ERP Pro 10 Re: Council to consider the upgrade of the City’s financial software from Tyler Technologies ERP Pro 9 to ERP Pro 10, including a one-time upgrade cost of $65,640 and annual maintenance of $84,189. 5. Authorization to Award Contract - City Facilities HVAC Maintenance Re: Consideration to award a contract for City facilities HVAC maintenance to Emcor Services in the amount of $75,782, including a 10% contingency. 6. Authorization and Funding Allocation for EKOS Software License Agreement Re: Consideration to execute a five-year software license agreement with EKOS Software for the City’s fuel management system, in an amount not to exceed $43,920. 7. Authorization for Renewal Agreement with Kings/Tulare Area Agency on Aging (KTAAA) Re: Consideration of a renewal agreement with Kings/Tulare Area Agency on Aging (KTAAA) for continuation of the Senior Nutrition Program at the Santa Fe Depot, with the City contributing $14,000 annually for twelve calendar quarters beginning October 1, 2025. 8. Approval of Amended Joint Powers Agreement - Central San Joaquin Valley Risk Management Agency (CSJVRMA) Re: Consideration to adopt a draft resolution approving the amendments to the CSJVRMA Joint Powers Agreement. 9.
