a. Approval of Renewal of Master Services Contract with DRC Emergency Services, LLC
for waterway debris removal services. Payment to the provider shall be per the fee
schedule not to exceed $300,000.00. (Ron Savoy, Director, Drainage Capital Projects)
b. Approval of the Act of Transfer and Acceptance for the PLD to transfer ownership of
whatever rights it may own in and to the following described PROJECT identified as the
LAUREL RIDGE LEVEE EXTENSION PROJECT, ASCENSION PARISH, LOUISIANA
along with all operation and maintenance responsibilities and the EACGDD is willing to
accept ownership of whatever rights the PLD may own in and to the following described
right of way acquired for the referenced PROJECT identified, along with all operation
and maintenance responsibilities. (Ron Savoy, Director, Drainage Capital Projects)
c. Approval of Change Order No. 3 for Holy Rosary Catholic Church: Proposed Bulkhead
Improvement Along New River and Duckroost Bayou to add 9 days to the contract time
and to reduce the overall contract value by $14,803.00, bringing the new contract total
to $1,424,378.18. (Jared Monceaux, Project Engineer, Hartman Engineering or Ron
Savoy, Director, Drainage Capital Projects)
d. Approval of Substantial Completion of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church: Proposed
