This is the opportunity to address the City Council on any matter scheduled for
Closed Session. Unless additional time is authorized by the Council, all commentary shall
be limited to three minutes.

1 - Government Code Section 54957.6 - Conference with Labor Negotiator.
Agency Negotiator: Jason Ridenour and Yuliana Andrade. Employee
Organizations: Porterville City Employees' Association, Porterville Safety
Support Unit, Porterville City Firefighters' Association, Fire Officer Series,
Management Confidential Series, and Porterville Police Officers' Association.
