WHEREAStheCity of Lynn Havenhas been allocated resourcesto develop aCybersecurity Risk Management Program and
WHEREAS the City desires to accept these resources for this purpose.
NOW THEREFOREBEITRESOLVEDby theCity Commission of theCityof Lynn
Haven asfollows:
SECTION 1.ThattheStandardGrantAgreement26PLN23 ishereby approved with theStateof FloridaDepartmentof EmergencyManagementto develop and enhancetheCity of LynnHaven Cybersecurity Risk Management Plan.
SECTION 2.ThatChris Lightfoot, theCityManager,isherebyauthorizedtoexecutetheAgreement on behalf of the City, acopy of whichis on file in the City Manager/Clerkâs Office.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall becomeeffectiveupon adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTEDthis 28th day of April2026, by theLynn Haven CityCommission meeting in regular session.
