setback variances” for Lots 34-45 on the preliminary plan for the Wildflower subdivision located
at parcel # 10-34-100-019, located along the south side of the Clark Street extension, Litchfield,
Montgomery County, Illinois.

4. Motion to amend zoning ordinance #2831 to allow the necessary “rear yard setback
variances” for Lots 34-45 on the preliminary plan for the Wildflower subdivision located at
parcel # 10-34-100-019, located along the south side of the Clark Street extension, Litchfield,
Montgomery County, Illinois.
5. Motion that the preliminary plan is ready to be received for Final plat consideration for the
Wildflower subdivision located at parcel # 10-34-100-019, located along the south side of the
Clark Street extension, Litchfield, Montgomery County, Illinois. This is not approval of the Final
plat.
