SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
Mayor From called the February 24, 2026, special meeting of the University Heights City Council to order at 7:00 p.m.
Present: Mayor Louise From. Council Members: Mackenzie Dwyer (via Zoom), Nick Herbold, Liesa Moore, Tim Schroeder,
Doug Swailes. Staff present: City Administrator Troy Kelsay, City Treasurer Jon Brown, Police Office Matt Van Brogen.
Absent: City Clerk Mike Haverkamp.
Also present: Joe Reilly.
Public Comments: Joe Reilly, candidate for District 5 County Supervisor seat, introduced himself to the Council.
Motion by Herbold, seconded by Schroeder, to approve Resolution 26-09 setting March 31, 2026, as the date for a public hearing
to consider property tax rates for the FY27 Budget.
Carried. 5-0
