Trustees of Joint Drainage District 6/56

The Cerro Gordo and Floyd County Boards of Supervisors met via Teams in the Cerro Gordo and Floyd
County Courthouse Board Rooms. Cerro Gordo Supervisors Chris Watts, Casey Callanan, and Carl Ginapp and
Floyd County Supervisors Boyd Campbell, Gloria Carr, and Frank Rottinghaus were in attendance.
Ginapp/Carr moved to approve the agenda. Motion carried 6-0.
Watts/Carr moved to go into closed session pursuant to Iowa Code 21.5(c) to discuss strategy with counsel
in matters that are presently in litigation or where litigation is imminent where its disclosure would be likely to
prejudice or disadvantage the position of the governmental body in that litigation. Roll call vote – Ayes: Watts,
Callanan, Ginapp, Campbell, Carr, and Rottinghaus. Motion Carried 6-0.
The Board entered closed session at 8:18 a.m.
The Board exited closed session at 8:47 a.m.
Heather Mathre, Cerro Gordo County Finance Director, will provide the financial report to Bolton and
Menk and Floyd County.
Tyler Conley, Bolton and Menk Project Manager, will continue with the fact finding and collect new
quotes.
Ginapp/Rottinghaus moved to adjourn. Motion carried 6-0.
