officers and determination of whether to recommend discipline,
§ 3-305(b)(7) Consult with ACC Attorney Obtain legal advice regarding complaints
being reviewed by the ACC; § 3-305(b)(13) Compliance with specific statutory
requirement; Md. Code Ann., Public Safety § 3-104(h) requires the ACC to maintain
confidentiality relating to matters being considered by the ACC until final disposition.
