1. Call to Order
Council President Pecoraro welcomed everyone and called the meeting to order at 4:06
p.m.
Attendees: Mayor Becker, Councilmember Hoff, and President Pecoraro
Staff: City Clerk Barber, Krista Gardner, City Administrator Imhulse.
2. Discussion of the FY24 Budget
The Committee discussed the proposed FY 24 Budget. City staff advised that the Constant
Yield Tax Rate Ad that is required had been prepared and that the Public Hearing was
scheduled for Monday, April 24, 2023, at 4:00 p.m.
The Committee discussed at a high level the proposed FY24 Budget with a focus on the
operating budget.
3. Other Business
The Committee scheduled the next Finance Committee Meeting for Thursday, April 20,
2023, at 3:00 p.m.
4. Adjournment
The City of Westminster Finance Committee meeting of April 11, 2023, adjourned at 5:25
p.m.
