The Ma1,or opened the June 9. 2025 special meeting ofthe Mayor and Board of Aldermen to order.
Present were Alderman Chuck Gautier. Alderman Wesley Hamlin, Alderman Ken Heard, Alderman
Kevin Holder Alderman D.l. Smith, Alderman Bill Lee, and City Clerk Paula Tierce. Absent was
Alderman Brian Ramsey. The meeting was opened'\,ith an invocation by Alderman Wesley Hamlin
follou'ed b1. the pledge of allegiance.

City Clerk. Paula Tierce, adjudicated that proper notice ofthe special call meeting was madet a copy of
the notice is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".

The Mayor announced the need to go into Executive Session to discuss a personnel matter. Alderman
Chuck Gautier moved to go into Closed Session to discuss the need ofgoing into Executive Session to
discuss a personnel matter. The motion was seconded by Alderman D. I. Smith and a vote was taken
thereon as follorvs:

Nay(s): None
Absent: Alderman Brian Ramsey
The Mayor then declared the Motion carried.

Alderman Weslel Hamlin moved to go into Executive Session to discuss a personnel matter. The
motion rvas seconded by Aldermen Bill Lee and a vote was taken thereon as follows:

Nay(s): None

The Mayor then declared the Motion carried.
