1) At 6:04pm, Chairman Biju Krishman Called to Order/Declaration of Quorum
2) Old Business – none.
3) Approval of Meeting Minutes – October 29, 2025, Ashley made a motion. Gary seconded. Motion
Passed.
4) New Business
The Commission welcomed Howard Sproull and introduced themselves. All contact information was
confirmed. We reviewed the role of the Consumer Affairs Commission as defined on the website. We
discussed restaurant taxes and Stella helped to explain the different taxes and who receives them. We
shared the responsibility for Business of the Year and discussed setting a calendar for 2026 in the next
meeting.

6) Adjournment – Gary made a motion to adjourn the meeting which was seconded by Ashley. 7:35pm
