The Pottawatomie County Board of County Commissioners met in a special meeting on Tuesday, September
30, 2025 at 10:27 a.m. The following members were present: Melissa Dennis, Chairman, Abby Thompson,
Member, Raeshel Flewallen, County Clerk.
POLICIES AND PROCEDURES- No action was taken regarding policies and procedures. There was a
brief discussion on the back doors, security, bomb threats, and the pumpkin contest.
BUDGET- There was a brief discussion concerning the 2025-26 budget.
ADJOURN- There being no further business Mrs. Dennis made a motion to adjourn. Seconded by Mrs.
Thompson the vote was: AYE- Thompson, Dennis. The meeting adjourned at 11:19 a.m.
