Please rise for the Pledge of Allegiance. Pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. Madam Clerk, please call the roll. Trustee Estrada-Volpe? Here. Trustee Zavazanvich? Here. Trustee Conte? Here. Trustee Sargent? Here. Trustee Kaminsky? Trustee Lolino? Here. President Saviano? Here. Motion to excuse Trustee Kaminsky, Mr. President. Second. All in favor say aye. Aye. Opposed? The ayes have it. We'll open up to public comment. Just a real quick question. I know I've asked before about the water and the lead-free and all this stuff, and I'm going to assume that's what's occurring with the digging a little bit in front of people's houses. So they're starting from the west, well, on my side, from the west side. And I'm going to assume eventually going east. Are we supposed to contact anybody? Because I never got in after I sent in the pictures umpteen, or a couple years ago. You know, they asked you to take pictures. I never heard anything. Are we supposed to contact anybody? Because I asked one of my friends that they dug in his house, and he says, well, they contact people, and some want to do it and some don't. But I don't know. Do we wait until they get on our block? I don't know. Yeah, we'll be contacting people. Okay. As the project moves along. Yeah, because I figured it was going to be – couple years down the line if I'm still around by that time. Okay, thank you. And I'll report this evening, sir. President Saviano, the last Elmwood Park Youth Commission bike ride will be at Parks and Rec on October 22nd at 6 o'clock. And also the Richardson Adventure Farm tickets are available to purchase at Parks and Rec, $8 per ticket with a maximum of six per family. Residents only, please call 708-452-3935 for more information. Thank you. Mr. President, last Friday, the Elmwood Park Senior Club had a very successful and well-attended festival of Fiesta de la Vida, and it was just jammed, and nothing but compliments from our residents. Very well-attended. Thank you to our senior department here for doing a job well done, and our Parks and Rec for their help as well. Great. THANK YOU, MR. PRESIDENT. AT THE LAST SCHOOL BOARD MEETING, THEY RECOGNIZED 20 TENURED STAFF MEMBERS. JUST WANT TO THANK THEM FOR THEIR DEDICATION TO OUR SCHOOL SYSTEM. AND NO NEWS ABOUT OUR TAX BILLS YET. THAT'S ALL I HAVE. MR. PRESIDENT, THE FINANCE COMMITTEE MET THIS AFTERNOON AND REVIEWED ALL THE BILLS AND VOUCHERS AND UNANIMOUSLY VOTED YES FOR APPROVAL AND PAYMENT. THAT'S NOT A REPORT. NO REPORT. I don't have a report either tonight, sir. Mr. Volpe? Mr. President, the Board will be asked to ratify my execution of a First Amendment of the Right of Entry Agreement and the Fifth Amendment of the Redevelopment Agreement regarding 7528 West North Avenue. These amendments allow the developer to continue with the construction at the site and extend the closing date to no later than December 31st of 2025. Board will consider a renewal of the village's agreement with Red Speed Illinois LLC to provide a camera enforcement system on Harlem Avenue at North Avenue. This renewal will extend the agreement for one year. The agreement will automatically renew for successive one year terms unless terminated. Either party can terminate the agreement without cause with 60 days notice. All other provisions of the original agreement remain in effect unchanged. Board will be asked to approve a proposal from Pulse Technology to host our digital slash scanned records on its cloud-based system. The cost for the first year is $7,219. Just want to let you know this is an ongoing cost, but it does eliminate the costs and risk associated with hosting these records on a local server. The Board will be asked to authorize the disposal of surplus vehicles via auction, as well as through our agreement with Enterprise. The board will consider a proposal from Mad Bomber to provide a fireworks show at the 4th of July event in 2026. The board will consider an agreement with Burke LLC for the demolition of 1612 North 77th Avenue. The guaranteed maximum price is $64,977, and the demolition should be complete no later than November 1st. This will be another public parking lot. and the Board will consider two agreements to acquire the real estate at 7315 West Grand Avenue. The property is the former location of First Security Bank, including its parking lots. The Village will purchase two of the parking lots and accept the building as a donation. Once acquired, the Village will take the steps necessary to modify and renovate the property with the intent to relocate the Village Hall to this site. We have begun preliminary planning with Wright Harima Architects, WHA. The Board will consider a design-build contract with Burke LLC to build three parking lots as well as make certain traffic improvements along North Avenue. The first parking lot is on Fullerton Avenue across from the Public Safety Building, which will result in 23 parking spaces for use by the Village. The next two parking lots are located along North Avenue, one on 73rd Avenue and one on 77th. The first parking lot will have 10 spaces. The second will have 11. As part of this project, We will also change the configuration of traffic at Waubonsee on 72nd Court, and we will also alter certain things at 74th Court and 75th Court at the alley to enhance flow and safety.
