Mr. President, the board wants to hold harmless agreement between the village and ELEA LLC in connection with the relationship of six-year-old Ms. Shepard-Dodd. On the agreement, it is proposed to be used as a comfort purpose document on the part of the police department. Generally speaking, the agreement reflects the abilities and mission of the LLC and standing on claims that might arise from our participation in this action. The board will be asked to provide the execution of a grant agreement with the state of Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity, or PCEO. The amount of the grant is $200,000. The grant will be used for the promotion of the social development of a park at 7807 with a number of rides. The park will feature an aquatic splash pad, walking paths, permanently fixed benches, and bike racks. There are also some opportunities to install a synthetic ice rink, but that has not yet been decided. It will be required by matching funds of approximately $200,000. Thank you. Further, we pay approximately $1,900 per month through T-Mobile, and the contract may have been proposed to cost us $860 per month. This is a three-year commitment. And please report that the village successfully closed on the purchase of 22-23-10 Parkway. The previous owner, O'Lighton, has 120 days to vacate, and he needs to remain in the village on a month-to-month basis. The board will consider an amendment to the MSI contract to extend it through April 12, 2023, and reduce the price to $950 per month. This reflects our commitment to transition back to the original MSI software from Core 360. These loans are used to issue and manage various violations of the municipal code. And lastly, to those who want to again host the fight next February 17, the doors open at 6 p.m. this year. We're excited to host ESPN permanent debacle. We'll serve as the entry MC for the evening. Thank you. A resolution approving an authorized fusion of amendment 2A for the village of Elmer and data to LLC is a smelting. A resolution regarding the need for confidentiality. Closed session.
