The Board of Trustees of Sugarcreek Township, Greene County, Ohio, met in Special
Session on January 15, 2015 at 8:30 am, at 2090 Ferry Road, Sugarcreek Township, Ohio
45305.
1. Mr. Bryant called the session to order at 8:30 am.
2. Mr. Tiffany called the roll with Board Members Nadine Daugherty and Scott Bryant being
present. Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Stephanie Hayden was also present.
3. New Business
A. Increase Temporary Appropriations for the Road and Services Department
Resolution 2015.01.15.01
WHEREAS, the need exists to increase temporary appropriations for the Roads and
Services Department; and,
WHEREAS, there is a limited availability of salt this year; and,
WHEREAS, Sugarcreek Township has been be allotted a supply in excess of our needs;
and,
WHEREAS, salt deliveries were not received in time for billing from the 2014 amended
appropriations; and,
WHEREAS, the Fiscal Officer has certified the availability of these funds within the
2015 Budget, has provided this Board with the funding numbers and the Township
Administrator has provided the amounts to be appropriated:

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the increased temporary appropriation shall be
made in accordance with the law.
Mrs. Daugherty moved to accept the Resolution as presented. Mr. Bryant seconded. Roll was
called with the vote bring as follows:

Mrs. Daugherty – Yes
4. Executive Session
Mrs. Daugherty moved to adjourn to Executive Session to discuss pending litigation. Mr.
Bryant seconded. Roll was called with the vote being as follows:
