the agenda at any time.
1. Roll Call –Chairman Brad Christiansen.
2. Public Comment: A period devoted to comments by the general public, if any, and discussion of those
comments. No action may be taken upon a matter raised under this item on the agenda until the
matter itself has been specifically included on the agenda as an item upon which action will be taken
(N.R.S. 241.020(2).
3. Discussion/Action/Possible Approval – Minutes February 9, 2026, regular meeting.
4. Discussion/Action/Possible Approval – Renewal of expired special use permit on the Humbolt-Toiyabe
National Forest , ELY43 for a communication site on Cave Mountain that expired 12/31/2023.
5. Discussion/Action/Possible Approval – NTA Annual Meeting and Convention May 6th – 9th, 2026
number of Board members and technician that will be attending.
6. Discussion/Action/Possible Approval – Request Dan Cornutt return all White Pine TV District keys.
7. Discussion/ Action/ Possible Approval – Action(s) taken by the executive committee since the last
meeting.
8. Discussion/Information Items:

b. Phone/Maintenance tech report.
c. Board member reports.
d. Legal Counsel report
e. Update on Program to provide antennas to low-income residents of White Pine County to update
their reception of White Pine TV District channels
f. Update on Public Relations program for White Pine TV District.
9. T.V. District Correspondence.
10.Discussion/Action/Possible Approval – Transfer funds to checking account and/or money market
account.
11.Discussion/Action/Possible Approval – Payment of Bills from Regular Account and Special Grant
Account

An appropriate motion may close the meeting for the purpose of discussing any matter allowed under N.R.S.
241.030(1) to consider alleged misconduct, professional competence or physical or mental health of a
person/employee.

I, Audrey Christiansen, did on the 3rd day of March, 2026, cause to be posted four (4) notices of the White
Pine T.V. District Board agenda in the County of White Pine, to wit: At the White Pine County Public Library,
the Ely Post Office, the White Pine County Old Court House and the WPTV District Office and additional copies
are on display and available at the White Pine County Clerk’s Office. One copy of the White Pine T.V. District
Board agenda has been posted with the State of Nevada’s website at https://notice.nv.gov
