shipping policy
All orders are processed, packaged and shipped from our SW London home studio within 3 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a notification email. Once shipped orders may take 1-3 business days to arrive.
Overseas shipping is calculated at the checkout. International packages may be subject to a customs fee which is payable by the customer.
Subluceo will not be liable for non deliveries where by the customer has inputted their address incorrectly.
during busy seasonal periods shipping may take longer. if your order is urgent please email us ahead of time or add a note at the checkout.
return & exchange policy
Should you find fault with your item please email us at hello@subluceo.com and we will do our best to help you.
If your item has arrived damaged due to courier error then you will be offered a replacement.
If you have a change of heart and wish to return your item you may do so within 14 days. any requests made after this time will not be actioned. The product must be in a re-sellable condition and it must not be damaged or used.
shipping costs are not refunded, return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
We cannot accept returns of Subluceo products purchased via a third party.
Giftcards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. Giftcards expire after 12 months.
